Wall Mount Electrical Enclosures
Wall mount enclosures by Bison ProFab are designed for attachment to a flat wall surface. Attachment schemes for wall mounted electrical enclosures include the use of external tabs, mounting brackets or pre-punched holes in the cabinet’s back wall. We also manufacture stainless steel enclosures and aluminum enclosures for increased strength and corrosion resistance. Reinforcement plates can be added to wall mount enclosures if the application requires them.
Pole Mount Electrical Enclosures
Bison ProFab pole mount enclosures are available with a variety of mounting bracket options for attachment to interior support poles, outdoor phone or light poles, or other cylindrical objects. Pole mounting brackets may be affixed to the enclosure’s back wall with welds or hardware.
Mounting Outdoor Enclosures
When an electrical enclosure is going to be mounted outside, susceptible to the elements we generally reccomend for superior heat dissipation, aluminum enclosures are available; for superior fire resistance and strength, consider a stainless steel enclosure. Stainless steel banding or U-bolts can be configured to fit any pole diameter, and may be made field adjustable to a variety of diameters.

Pad Mount Electrical Enclosures
A pad mount enclosure (or ground mount enclosure) usually features an open bottom and is placed over a concrete pad. Slotted holes are commonly added to fit anchor bolts embedded in the pad, securing the enclosure. Holes or slots may be punched into an internal or external flange, positioning the anchor bolts either inside or outside the enclosure. For extra strength and improved resistance to corrosion, fabrication of stainless steel enclosures or aluminum enclosures is available.

Industrial Electrical Enclosure
Free standing enclosures are fully enclosed electrical cabinets, commonly on legs, designed to stand on a flat floor. The legs elevate the cabinet for access beneath. Mounting can be as easy as securing the cabinet legs to the floor, thus allowing mounting with minimal compromise to cabinet integrity. Optional casters may be added to allow easy movement or relocation. And Bison ProFab offers a range of material options, including stainless steel enclosures and aluminum enclosures.
